We do NOT collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on our servers.

All mood tracking data, including:

• Your selected emotions and sub-emotions
• Dates and times of mood entries
• Motivational quotes you've received
• App settings and preferences

...is stored exclusively on your local device using your device's secure storage system. This means your emotional data never leaves your phone and is never transmitted to any external servers.

Your Privacy Rights

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access: You can view all your mood entries at any time through the app.
• Delete: You can delete individual entries or all data by deleting the app.
• Export: Your data remains on your device and is backed up through your device's standard backup system (iCloud, iTunes, etc.).
• Control: You have full ownership and control of your emotional data.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders:

• Notifications are scheduled and delivered locally by your device
• We do not track whether you open or dismiss notifications
• You can disable notifications at any time in the app settings or device settings

Third-Party Services

Elevate Your Mood does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. We do not use:

• Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Advertising networks
• Social media integrations
• Cloud storage services (beyond your own device backups)
• Any tracking or monitoring tools

App Permissions

Elevate Your Mood requests minimal permissions:

• Notifications: Only if you enable daily reminders (optional)
• Local Storage: To save your mood entries on your device

We do not request access to:

• Your contacts
• Your location
• Your camera or photos
• Your microphone
• Any other personal information

Data Security

Your mood data is protected by:

• Your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
• iOS sandboxing that prevents other apps from accessing your data
• Encrypted device backups (if you use iCloud or iTunes backups)

Children's Privacy

Elevate Your Mood is suitable for users of all ages. Since we don't collect any personal information, there is no data to be concerned about regarding children's privacy. However, we recommend parental guidance for users under 13.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Data Deletion

To completely delete all your mood tracking data:

1. Delete individual entries by swiping left in the "My Moods" list
2. Or uninstall the app to remove all data permanently

Since data is only stored locally, deleting the app completely removes all your information.
